Crystals

Crystals are powerful receptacles for earth energy- they are created by the immense geophysical pressure deep within the earth's core when the earth's crust is put under enormous stress. Crystals have been used by Eastern healers for thousands of years. Their subtle powers aid in the relief of physical ailments and are effective tools for cleansing and rejuvenation of the chakras.

The shape and size of crystals effect how they work. They can be tumbled, shaped, rough cut, or in clusters. Crystals that shape toward a faceted point are called wands. Point them where you want the energy to go. For example, point them away from you if you want to calm down or clear out stale energy, or point them towards you if you need revitalizing or healing. Clusters work well when placed around the room. Small polished or shaped stones are easy to carry and attract the energy attribute you desire, regardless of their size.
